Services Description

Fresh Tiles provides financial literacy education for children through workshops, courses, and coaching sessions as described on our website.

Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made by adults (18+). Payment is required to confirm bookings. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds available for cancellations 7+ days before scheduled session. Cancellations within 7 days receive credit for future programmes. No refunds for no-shows.

Child Safety

All instructors are DBS checked. Parents/guardians are responsible for children's behavior and must provide accurate health/behavioral information.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources are owned by Fresh Tiles and protected by copyright. Personal use only; commercial use prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Tiles provides educational services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
